We are an authentic Thai restaurant. Our Encinitas location opened in 2002 . Our goal is to provide authentic Thai food to the community. 

We offer traditional Thai favorites such as Pad Thai noodles, Cashew Chicken, and hand rolls. However, the two owners of the Thai Pan Cuisine invite their customers to try not so common dishes like Yellow Curry and Spicy Basil Noodle.

Mr. Ngawjeenanang well known in the San Diego Thai community as Lek or Paul started Thai Pan Cuisine in Encinitas with Roungporn (known as Rose)in 2002 in hope of bringing the flavors of Thailand to Encinitas. Lek, which means small in Thai, finds happiness in a big way by sharing the Thai culture with others and finds satisfaction in fulfilling a simple phrase "กระเพาะอาหารเต็มรูปแบบสามารถนอนหลับได้ดี" which means "a full stomach can sleep better."

 The restaurant is accessible to the blind and handicapped.
